A lifestyle that looks to the past to ensure the future. Milk used to produce our Bio line comes exclusively from certified farms in the Province of Sondrio.

M’ama Bio

“M’ama” is the first organic cheese of the Chiuro Dairy, born from our love for good things. “M’ama” respects and enhances its land of origin. The organic milk used to produce it comes from the Valtellina territory, to which it is deeply connected. Our organic agriculture production is certified since 2010, respecting the environment, natural balances, human health and animal wellbeing. The aromas and taste of “M’ama” are really delicate and remind of the flavours of mountain milk cream.
