Our Caprino cheese made with cow’s milk is a fresh cheese spread. It is produced according to the traditional dairy recipe, but it is sweeter and velvety to suit today’s tastes. It has a distinctive cylindrical shape, a light, delicate taste and soft texture. When you taste it, it releases delicate scents and flavours typical of mountain milk. It is very versatile in the kitchen. It can be enjoyed alone or seasoned with herbs and spices, olive oil and salt, or used to prepare main dishes, side dishes with vegetables and even desserts.
