Fresh Cheeses
Fresh cheeses of Chiuro Dairy are famous and appreciated both in Italy and abroad. They include some of the most important cheeses of the dairy tradition of Italy and Valtellina: Robiola, Crescenza, Ricotta and Scimudin.
