It is produced using 100% Valtellina milk from our animal welfare-certified farms, within a short and transparent supply chain. Thanks to the naturally high protein content of the milk and a production process that respects natural acidification times, AlpiYò Organic is creamy, delicate and authentic. The organic label guarantees full traceability and transparency across the entire supply chain, thanks to the strict certification requirements. Free from preservatives and with no added sugars in the plain version, it is paired with extra fruit preserves from the local social cooperative Il Sentiero, in a delicious dual-layer format to be enjoyed to the very last spoonful.
The packaging, featuring a PET pot, is practical, safe, reusable and 100% recyclable.
AlpiYò Organic is also available in a 0.1% fat version, made with skimmed milk, for those who love lightness without compromising on quality.
