Chiuro is a cow’s milk cheese aged for over 150 days in a particularly humid environment, similar to a cave. Latteria is fresh and mild, and thanks to its delicate milky flavour, it is ideal for everyday enjoyment. Valfontana, sweet and delicate, takes its name from the lush green valley just a few kilometres from the dairy. Alpino is a cheese whose flavour recalls that of freshly milked milk.
