The finest cheeses of Valtellina, made according to tradition: our master cheesemakers have passed down processing and ageing techniques for generations, giving life to these true masterpieces. Semi-hard cheeses are perfect to enjoy at the table every day, as well as for creating traditional recipes.

Chiuro is a cow’s milk cheese aged for over 150 days in a particularly humid environment, similar to a cave. Latteria is fresh and mild, and thanks to its delicate milky flavour, it is ideal for everyday enjoyment. Valfontana, sweet and delicate, takes its name from the lush green valley just a few kilometres from the dairy. Alpino is a cheese whose flavour recalls that of freshly milked milk.
