AlpiYò combines the purity of fresh milk with the sweetness of fruit, offering a double measure of wellbeing. Free from preservatives and with no added sugars in the plain version, AlpiYò is an authentic, creamy and delicate yoghurt, produced in accordance with the milk’s natural acidification times and with all the safety and quality guarantees ensured by innovative technologies. No secrets, just great quality. AlpiYò is made within a short and transparent supply chain. The 100% Valtellina milk comes from our member farms, all located in Valtellina and certified for animal welfare. The extra fruit preserves are produced by the local social cooperative Il Sentiero, which supports the employment reintegration of disadvantaged individuals and the recovery of small agricultural plots that would otherwise be abandoned.
AlpiYò is also available in a 0.1% fat version, plain or in a variety of flavours featuring extra fruit preserves.
