Delicate aromas and flavours reminiscent of the fresh cream from our mountains: M’ama was the first organic soft cheese produced by Latteria di Chiuro. Its name was inspired by the image of a spring meadow full of daisies and the childhood game “loves me, loves me not”, plucking one petal after another. The ending we chose is, of course, “loves me”.
