A Valtellina cheese with a centuries-old dairy tradition, in its organic version: our Organic Valtellina Casera PDO is produced exclusively with milk from our certified farms, all located in the Province of Sondrio. Delicate in flavour with notes of dried fruit, it is a key ingredient in pizzoccheri, the iconic dish of Valtellina. Its name comes from “casera”, the cellar where cheeses are traditionally aged.
