Soft and sweet, with the distinctive flavour of goat’s milk. Fior di Caura is made entirely from Italian goat’s milk. Easily recognisable by its square shape, it is unmistakable on the palate. The paste is soft and elastic, with a balanced, sweet flavour and light goaty notes typical of the milk it is made from. The white bloomy rind is untreated and therefore edible. Excellent as an appetiser with honey or jams, it is also perfect for adding a distinctive note to both classic and creative recipes.
